In House Positions

  • Industrial Engineer
    The Industrial Engineer will combine strong technical skills with business and financial acumen to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information. This will include areas of operation in auditing facility processes and procedures, material flow and layouts, developing and implementing work procedures, method analysis and maintaining the validity of job standards. The position will also support time studies, layout evaluations, dock capacity analysis for existing operations as well as future proposal opportunities in logistics, trucking, and warehousing.  Apply Here
  • Logistics Manager
    OOG Project Group, a division of UCW Logistics, handles warehousing, rigging and ground transportation of project and oversize and out of gauge (OOG) cargo thoughout North America.   We are hiring an entry level Logistics Manager to assist our Operations Manager in managing Import/Export shipping logistics for project and OOG riggers, carriers, warehouses and shipping companies. The ideal candidate would be responsible to confirming cargo availability, recruitment and management of assets to complete ground moves, perform daily follow up calls on loads in transit, keep customers well informed and originating the necessary documentation to manage and complete  for freight bills. Our successful candidate will be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and able to excel in the fastest growing segment of our economy.   • Carrier Relations Specialist
    The Carrier Relations Specialist is a vital role within UCW Logistics and will act as a liaison between our carrier operations group and the contracted carrier community. This support role is responsible for onboarding new carriers to our network, maintaining carrier profile compliance, and assisting with document workflow. We are searching for experienced independent agents with great customer relationships who are looking for a platform to keep more of the profit generated by their outstanding customer service.

As a UCW agent, you will handle all customer and carrier interactions, including:

  • Negotiating rates
  • Accepting tenders
  • Assigning carriers
  • Tracking loads
