Derick is dedicated to helping independent agents succeed. With a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to clear communication, he has played a key role in strengthening UCW’s agent program. His focus on support, strategy, and relationships has helped agents grow their businesses with confidence. Outside of logistics, Derick is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and an avid hiker who’s conquered 10 of Colorado’s famous 14ers. His philosophy? “Control your controllables” and always find a way forward.
