Pete Langman joins UCW Logistics as Branch Manager for the Jacksonville office, bringing a strong background in logistics, freight brokerage, business development, and customer relationship management.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Pete brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to his work and has built his career around developing strong partnerships and helping customers navigate complex transportation needs. His experience spans full truckload, LTL, specialized freight, cross-border transportation, and time-sensitive shipments across a wide range of industries.
Throughout his career, Pete has focused on building long-term relationships by understanding each customer’s operation, identifying where transportation challenges exist, and creating practical solutions that improve reliability, communication, and overall efficiency. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of logistics and the problem-solving that comes with finding the right solution when plans change or challenges arise.
In his role with UCW, Pete will focus on growing the Jacksonville branch, developing new customer relationships, supporting existing partnerships, and expanding UCW’s presence throughout Florida and the Southeast.
Outside of work, Pete is an automotive and motorsports enthusiast who enjoys track days, motorcycles, hiking, kayaking, cycling, and spending time outdoors. He is always looking for the next opportunity to get outside, explore somewhere new, or spend a weekend around cars.
Pete is excited to be part of the UCW team and looks forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth while building lasting relationships with customers, carriers, and partners throughout the industry.
