We’re proud to introduce Steve Hernandez, a logistics, transportation, compliance, and carrier relations leader with more than 20 years of combined logistics experience, including over a decade in the commercial transportation industry.
Steve served nearly 15 years in the United States Air Force, specializing in personnel and logistics planning while supporting operations, deployments, and assignments around the world. His military service and professional career have taken him to more than 27 countries, giving him a global perspective on leadership, logistics, risk management, and complex operations. Throughout his transportation career, Steve has developed extensive expertise in carrier qualification and vetting, carrier relations, compliance, fraud prevention, transportation technology, and risk management. He is also a member of the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) Fraud Task Force, collaborating with industry professionals to identify and combat cargo theft, identity fraud, double brokering, and other emerging threats.
Outside of work, Steve is a husband and proud father of six who enjoys spending time with his family and has a lifelong passion for music, with 311 holding the top spot as his favorite band. Whether it’s family, music, or transportation, Steve brings plenty of passion to the things that matter most to him.
